Employment Advice

The Workplace Adviser offers employment advice to employees and employers in order to provide a better understanding of their rights, obligations, risks and best practice management of workplace issues. Our employment advice covers a wide range of issues such as general complaints and grievances, performance management, managing ill and injured employees, discrimination, bullying and harassment, disciplinary issues, termination, and interpretation of the Fair Work Act 2009, and award conditions.

With expertise and experience with various workplace contexts, the Workplace Adviser provides employment advice and guidance to business owners, Directors, and HR managers across various industries in order to overcome employee relations issues. We also offer advice to employees regarding protecting their rights as well as resolving disputes.
